Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

all-purpose flour

Tablespoon
baking powder
1 ½
teaspoons
table salt
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
dried parsley

Tablespoons
unsalted butter
melted
1
cup
milk
½
cup
cheddar cheese
grated
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 °F.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder and parsley.
Pour in the melted butter and milk, and stir until just combined.
Fold in the cheese (a la Schitt's Creek).
Drop onto a greased or lined baking sheet in about 2-3 Tablespoon portions. (They'll puff and spread a little, but not a whole lot.)
Bake for 14-16 minutes or until golden.
Notes
These are FANTASTIC sliced in half, and served as a sandwich with a sausage patty and a slice of tomato.
